Hello All,

New to the forum here and also proud new owner of my first smoker. It is a Cookmaster by Masterbuilt. I think its a pretty good starter model. Smoked my first butt (an 8 pounder) this weekend and it turned out great thanks to reading all the threads on this forum.

I have a small problem though, we had a freak storm today while at work and my smoker blew over. It somehow warped the door. It will not seal when shut now and has 1 inch gaps at the top and bottom. I've tried to bend it back but it isn't working. Is there any kind of gasket or any tricks to get this corrected??

J, contact Masterbuilt Customer Service. They are pretty good about helping with problems. If they don't out right replace the door under warranty you can always purchase a replacement...JJ

Use the mobile setting for SMF on your phones...Ipads etc.  It will make loading your pictures much easier.

Just got off the phone with Masterbuilt Customer Service. Warranty still good on my unit and they are shipping me a new door at no charge!!

Looking forward to showing off some of my smoking sessions soon. Thanks again
