around 3 weekends ago on a friday i smoked a brisket around 15 lb and took it to the hospital where i work for all the staff,  ( there's not alot of staff on the wekends working)

the gals in the kitchen sliced ti up and and everyone got a brisket sammie and more leftover for sunday lunch.

it went over real well.

for last  Saterday i brought in some pork rind chips to cook up  and sample, didnt go over to well

some like pork rinds and then some dont,

I wold say, brisket is what the staff wants....  Prime Rib will be next....  Make them some pulled pork.....  don't tell them what it is....     Dave
 
Heck, do brisket again, this time though, run it through a meat slicer set to the thin setting, it'll come out similar to pulled pork. Pulled brisket is an awesome flavor.
