New to this forum and just sayn hey, been grilling most of my adult life,just now getting into smoking with a buddy of mine and my son,i've been reading everything i can on UDS builds and made a contact for a source for some food grade drumsfor 15 bucks each which i think is pretty good considering one place wanted 75 for a new drum, slowly gathering the rest of the hardware arond here most people are into boston butts,however i'm leaning more towards briskets, i look forward to participating on this forum and learning everything i can about the art of smoking
