Just a shout, since wings have become more expensive than whole chickens we have started making what we call "Texas Wings" When I can get drumsticks for .69/lb. and wings are 3.00/lb thats a no brainer for me. More meat, its dark meat, it's affordable, and people seem to love that magic hotwing sauce cooked on anything. You make a good wing sauce, I believe you could put that on labrador droppings and they'd sell like hotcakes.

I am sorry I guess we are cheap around here, and don't even get me started on flank or Oxtails!

We have a hard time finding whole wings here. No the aren't cheap. We buy plenty of thighs and drumsticks at 0.99/#. We've injected a whole chicken with hot sauce before!!! Whole bird hot wing!  The injected teriyaki wings I did the other were great. Just a bit of bite from the Chipotle in the rub. I would have preferred more heat but it blended well with the Teriyaki.

Awesome results on everything!! I also have a place to get these beef ribs by the plate or just the best 3 ribs on the short plate. They run just over 4 bucks a pound in cryo or 5.99 lb. cut about 1/2 inch across in the case. Extreeeeeeemly tasty ribs and i am jealous of your meal you have pictured here. They are the best ribs in my opinion. Reinhard

Thanks Reinhard! I ask my butcher for the uncut ribs and they come cryo packed. The only way to buy them!
