New to the forum, just a little bit about myself...
Southern boy, mid 50's, married, my mistress is bacon!!
I try to BBQ/grill at least 3 times a week, but I'm thinking of BBQ 24/7. My favorite things to smoke are pork butts and ribs and turkey. Grilling is near and dear to my heart. Chicken, steaks, burger and dogs are weekly fare, but I do some veggies for the spouse too.
When I'm not grilling/smoking ,I'm on the golf course chasing a little white ball!!
