Had to dig out my Smoker
Took me 3 hours to bring up to a steady temp. Our temp was 6 with wind chill was @ 0

Looks very good MS. Tempted to take the 1/2 hour drive to sniff you out but I am just firing up my smoker now.

The Fatties where a big hit at our SuperBowl party
We had a Chorizo with jalapeno and ghost peppers with monterey jack cheese wrapped in a bacon weave
The we had 2 other Fatties with other sausages
Here they are when i Pullled them from the smoker
Here is a little more of the feast
Now I have to plan my next cook but hope the wind chill will be above 0
