Hello my name is Ron and I'm from central California. I've been a outdoor cook all my life and am the neighborhood "grill master." I have recently become interested in smoking and got my first charcoal smoker and have had great success. Now I'm experimenting with cold smoking and am currently working on plans to build my own custom smoker/grill. I look forward to learning all I can on here and some friendly dialog.
