Hey Guys,

New to this forum but have been stalking it for a while.  Got my first smoker about a month back (Master Forge bullet style charcoal).  My wife and I live in PA but we spend our weekends at our place down on the Delaware Coast.  I keep the smoker there and it adds to the r&r that weekends and summer have to offer.

I hit the ground running with my smoker.  I added an intake damper as well as another home made weber-style intake  on the base thanks to some scrap metal, tin snips and a step bit in the ol' drill.  I raised the charcoal grate with a few well placed holes, nuts and bolts.  It holds temps steady all day (haven't smoked beyond 8hrs yet).

Hoping to build a UDS this summer maybe.
