hello everyone,i am very happy to be a part of this forum ive been cooking bbq for about 10 years now,good bbq for about 4 years in my opinion and friends and family!im from kentucky and we love our bbq here im getting tired of same procedure.i use a electric barrel smoker and a smoke hollow half propane and half charcol with a firebox on the side.but this spring im going to build a 500 gallon cooker,and try to follow a dream of selling trying to gain all the knowledge i can and it looks like im on the rite site,ieat sleep and breath bbq and like making my own rubs i make it for at least 10 people i no and have got nothing but complaments on rub and meat my btrisket is still tuff but has good smoke ring and flavor im excited about the lessons to come please help!
