I have been lurking around this forum for about a year now while I built my smoker from a refrigerator and finally have decided to introduce myself. I have been smoking meats/bbq'ing for many years now. Before my build I had 40" MES, after going through three body unit replacements, due to heating element failure, I got out my sawzall cut the MES up into many pieces and chucked into the TRASH ... then I decided to build one of my own (just posted in refrigerator builds). Anyway I'm glad to be hear see you in the forum.
