Ben smoking meat for a couple years. Started with a cheap Mecco R2D2 look alike with no temp control. Then bought a Big Steel Keg because I figured it was the smoker not me causing the less than spectacular results and I was right. Added a Stoker from Rocks BBQ and things really improved. Recently picked up a Megamaster vertical offset that I haven't used yet. Long term goal is a reverse flow trailer mount where I can have some serious cooking capacity.
