wife was supposed to pull out a chuck ROAST for pulled beef but instead pulled out and defrosted 2 chuck STEAKS that were in 1 pkg from the slaughterhouse. - now their defrosted and i have to do something with them - was going to smoke them tomorrow so i need HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! - THE SOONER THE BETTER
