I put the Masterbuilt inside my HRS so I wouldn't have to heat so much space. Have deer burger , stewed beef, and a few slices of bacon right now. Not sure what else is going in but I'll put some more up as I go.

Thanks Mule. 1 1/2 hrs. with hickory and mesquite then brought it in to mix with chili powder and finish browning and now back on the smoker with all ingredients to gain some more smoke.
 
Total time was about 4 hrs. Tony. I think at about 225-240*. Thanks RD
