Been reading the forums for a couple of months now, gained enough knowledge to get a couple of Turkeys and the worlds slowest boston butt (will post a thread with qview in the pork forum) done perfectly. Thanks to everyone on the site for all the great advice.

Equipment is a masterbuilt propane (I think it's the xl, but not sure. Two door 30" gas). Smoking down in FL (St Pete). Plan on ordering amnts from Todd soon, but was going to check with him on hot smoking with it vs amnps (I guess propane sucks too much oxygen for amnps and amns).

Thanks for all the help so far, looking forward to many more great smokes.
