Just heard of you all yesterday. Had to join the fun right away. Filled in a profile yesterday but think I managed to loose it before I got it posted. No tech genius here. Have owned many smokers and grills over the years. The most recent addition being a 4 rack Bradley digital smoker. Very cool, but runs a little hot. My current quest is for the perfect smoked pork spare ribs. You know what I mean, those juicy, tender, falling off the bone perfect ribs. Look forward to your help and guidance. Also have bacon on my radar.
