Hello! I'm new to smoking meat and live in Salt Lake City, UT. I was in the right place at the right time and picked up a Masterbuilt 40" electric smoker and have been experimenting for about a month. So far, I've done a ham, pizza, pineapple and some potatoes. Everything turned out pretty well except the potatoes weren't very smoky. I look forward to learning more and eating more great food!
