My daughter Sunny helped with the rub....


I hope I can taste em tomm with this cold. If I cant the family will let me know if they pass the test.........I used yellow mustard, lawrys seasoned saly, cajun seasoning, mrs dash, and unrefined sugar.


they are wrapped and in the fridge till tomm.


I was thinking about throwing the thicker pieces on 1/2 hour earlier than the rest.
