How's everyone doing this evening? Thought I would share my first Boston Butt. Great advice from this forum, 12 hours on the smoker and a 4 hour cooler rest it turned out amazing. Here are my pics and as always any tips and advice are always appreciated. Have a great night.
 
Looks like you nailed it!!! Congrats on your first batch of pulled pork....I'm sure it won't be the last!!!
