I've seen pictures of skewered pork strips about an inch square and four inches long wrapped in bacon and then smoked and grilled. I believe it used a thick chop cut into strips and wrapped. Does someone have a recipe for them or know what they're called so I can get the details. Thanks in advance for the help

Bacon-wrapped pork kabobs.
I don't use a recipe, I just wing-it, but I'm sure there are a lot of recipes floating around.
