Was reading up on curing a turkey to put in the smokehouse, in reading pops recipe for his Dixie chick brine he only used 1tbsp of dq cure 1 per gallon of water. And 3 diffrent web sites had recipes that called for 1lb of cure 1 for 5gal of water........what way should I go with this??
