I really want the smokin 3.. I'm short 100.00 thou..what should I do? Wait and build the money to get the 3 or get the number 2? Seems like these are the best models out there! Someone help me? Family of 3.. Like to cook lots of food and vac seal it...
I'm confused :devil: :(

Not to burst your bubble, but did you calculate shipping into your costs? I seem to remember the least expensive shipping was over $100 :-(

I think it was worth it, but I was VERY surprised by the additional cost I hadn't figured into my equation.

You definitely want/need to figure in the shipping cost.  It ain't cheap, but it sure is fast!

Shipping sucks with the SI units, mine was $155ish I think.

If you have already factored that in and you are $100 short, I would wait myself and save a bit more (you're almost there). You will be fine with the SI #2, but it's always nice to have the extra capacity when you need it. I rarely fill my # 3 to capacity, but when I need to it's a real time saver.
