G'day from Australia, my name is Brett live on 2 1/2 acres and I haven't done any smoking since around 94 and that was only fish and eel. Any way I figured this looked like a good place to pick some brains about building a smokehouse and smoking anything you can make out of a turkey (got plenty of turkeys to practice on

). So first Question where is the appropriate place to ask questions about building a smokehouse?

Cheers

Hey Brett. Welcome. If you type smokehouse into the search bar at the top of the page you will find about a gazillion posts about smokehouses. Then you can pick whatever forum they were using and post your question. I'm sure general discussion will work too.

There are so many people on this site who know all about every subject , and they all want to help. It's really amazing. Good luck and post some pics of your smokehouse as you go! Good luck , brother.:grilling_smilie:
