Just look in the valve. Or know the number of turns hard to hard. I had these on my last UDS and they work great. Also these were $4.95 ea. compared to $18.95 for the ball valve!

It's done and smoking! I haven't posted the smokes as I have only used it twice and both times it was raining so hard I couldn't snap any photos. For us its really too big, so I primarily use the Mini-WSM.

That's a 16 gallon? I'm thinking about trying to find one of those too. Perfect size for me I think.

The mini-WSM is composed of a Weber Smokey Joe BBQ and a 32qt Tamale pot.
