Actually I am thinking of making a slurry, 50% water 30% sand 20% pea gravel, then for good measure I am going to throw a brick in the bottom too.
Also since I don't know how to cook on a drum (after all its only my second drum) I am planning on spritzing every time I open the lid to look. I'll be pump injecting everything and also just to make sure it all comes out moist I will then brine, partially re-freeeze so I don't loose any moisture.
Yeah I've already been practicing that. The same night I left the iGrill out in the yard and the sprinklers came on there was a full bag of Lump right next to it...
