Hey everyone, brand new to smoking thought I would use this site to gain some knowledge and share some thoughts. I have a 30" MES with a window that I got from bass pro. I've smoked some back ribs twice and they have turned out great. Looking to see what others are doing and "steal" what I like! I even have 3 racks in the smoker right now....!@$$!

Would you please update your profile to show where you are located?  This will help if you have any questions in the forums!  Plus---you might be surprised how many folks live close to you!
