I found this forum last night and ended up browsing for 3-4 hours! I have been smoking/grilling for about 10 years now. It's an addiction that I can't get enough of. I have had several smokers, but right now I'm using a really simple Brinkmann Electric Smoker/Grill. Can't wait to try some of y'all's great ideas!
To start off, here are some pictures of my weekend smoke: a 3lb tri-tip at 220 for 2.5 hours with a reverse sear to finish; scalloped fried potatoes (with horseradish, velveeta, butter, milk, garlic, cracked pepper, and a tiny bit of honey); lamb breast riblets quick fried in peanut oil and smoked for 3 hours on 240.
