Hello from central California, USA, Earth, Third Rock from Sol. I'm kinda new to smoking meats. Wanting to learn a lot more and this looks like the place! Thank's for having me here. I have had plans to build a smoker for years I have the materials and all the skill's but I figure I'd better bone up on designs. I have an air tank that's about 6ft.x 3ft. to work with. It will stand vertically with a large door. I enjoy hunting and want it big enough to hang the meat or use trays for smoking. Looking forward to learning from those that have been there, done that.
