Jag120 here. Appears I'm the southern most member of this group. Cali is within spittin distance from K. Falls. I've been smoking for about three years. Mainly pork and turkey breast. Wife loves the smoked turkey. Trying to learn some more. I use a masterbuilt XL that I'm going to modify per the SMF member reccomendations. Planning to do some chicken or game hens in the near future.
