Long time viewer of the site. About to jump into a fridge build so I thought I better sign up to start asking questions and just in case I get in over my head I will have some experts at my disposal. Currently have a frankenbrinkman and a small electric cabelas smoker. Starting to process more and more deer every year and need to upgrade my ability to make summer and regular sausage and snack sticks.

I don't have any pictures of my Frankenbrinkman besides the one I put as my avatar. Thats my old reliable green guy with my neighbors black midsection stacked on top of it. Its what I used to hang my summer sausage.
