Dad gum! Thought I did this already.

Bought and grilled my first steak all by myself at the tender age of nine. It was all downhill (uphill?) from there. Originally from TX, but live in WA now. Have done some BBQ competitions and done ok in a small event, but it costs a lot of money so I haven't done it in a while. So I cook for myself and friends now. New to sausage making and loving that adventure.
