Not that I want to give my age away, but several years ago, I owned a Charbroil CB960 charcoal grill. Honestly one of the best grills I have ever purchased. Anyway, I also had a charcoal box that would drop onto the fire grate, hold about 8 lbs of charcoal, had cast iron grates inside and an adjustable spring type damper on it. It was terrific for off set cooking or smoking as you could control the burn rate and literally walk away fro 6 hours and have a constant temp. I was relieved of said device a few years ago by someone that apparently thought they needed it more than I did..
All of that is a long way of saying that I am looking for a similar ( would love to have the same ) product.
Any Ideas?
