Hello to all on the SMF,I would like to introduce myself to everyone.I am a retired bellsouth telephone worker (6years). This year SANTA left me a authentic smoke hollow wood smoker. This is a great unit 24" wide and about 55" tall with 2 burners and is powered by propane. One reason I liked this unit, I thought I could turn off one burner and keep the temp lower for cold smoking but with temps hovering at 80 in Miami in Jan not sure if that will work.I am going to say my experience level is NEW,I have used a Brinkman electric unit in the past for fish and poultry and have had mixed results I live in Miami shores Florida and love to fish in Biscayne bay and Flamingo on the south west coast of Florida.my name is Mike and the Snapperwhipper is the name of my 17' Aquasport.I signed up for the five day course and am ready to get started using my new smoker.
