Hi from Bellingham, WA

Greetings from the upper Pacific Northwest. I travel around a lot and have spent years trying all kinds of smoked meats and BBQ. Grilling for years and smoking for about ten years now. I am about to take the big step and get a real vertical smoker after using low quality mass-produced smokers. Looks like there is a good amount of info on this website; thanks to everyone here!
