What's up everyone! Just signed up for this forum and looking forward to looking up advice, tips and recipes. I consider myself pretty decent when it comes to BBQing but am a complete NOOB when it comes to the art of smoking. I am from California. I live in a small country type town and work as a paramedic for San Francisco. Just for starters u bought the little $60 master forge smoker due to all the great reviews I have read about it as a starter smoker. If you got any questions or if I missed anything feel free to ask!!!
