Started smoking 2 racks of bb using the 221 method. Going to add some potatoes and shrimp in towards the end. More pics of progress as I get there!

I didn't put anything in the pan this time, going to let the natural juices do their thing. Got the taters ready to go in, covered in bacon grease and seasoned up!

Is that a heating element at the bottom of your oven?

Yes, that's the heating element. BTW the ribs were fall off the bone tender, the shrimp was awesome but the potatoes could have cooked a little longer (about 2 hours) but they ate well!
