Gonna use my new Big Easy tomorrow and was wondering if injecting my turkey tonight would be a good idea or if it will just save me time tomorrow. I will be seasoning it tomorrow morning. Getting pretty antsy to give this thing a go. Have heard nothing but good things so far about the Big Easy and looking forward to many more fryings.
