I just got a masterbuilt model #20050412 Dual Fuel Smoker for a gift. I have never done any smoking at all and look forward to using my smoker on a weekly basis. I have reviewed your website and look forward to learning about the smoking process..My 1st few basic questions are because I live in South Central Massachusetts I'm looking for a good cover to protect my smoker and would like a few suggestions if possible. Also I did read somewhere that smoking bars are better to use than the actual wood chips, is this true and if so any recommendations?
