Fill Dutch oven with bone in skin on chicken thighs and cut 2 onions up and toss in and cook covered at 200 tell done remove chicken and bring the juice in the Pan to a rolling boil(mix 1 cup warm milk with 1 cup flour and set aside) stir juice for for 15 minutes add milk/flour and whisk tell it comes back to a rolling boil and.
