Smoked my first meat the other day...wings, and were amazing. Been looking at the fatties and had to give it a shot. Prepped everything tonight plan to smoke tomorrow night. I'll keep ya posted, but here are a few pics of the process thus far.
Deer ground with maple sausage provolone cheese to start
Then spinache
Then added sauteed onion,garlic,red and green pepper, and mushrooms
Then finished fillings with layer of colby jack cheese
Then rolled and wrapped with weaved bacon, refridgerated, and can't wait till tomorrow. I'll update with finished product thanks and wish me luck!!!
