Hi, my name is Jason. I live in Arlington tx but originally from Albuquerque, NM. I'm an aircraft mechanic and don't have too many hobbies. My main one is my saltwater fish tank. I've been smoking meats for a few years in a smoke vault propane smoker. I'm looking into purchasing a new grill and smoker. My dad has a green mountain pellet smoker. I'm not sold on using those yet. I've narrowed it down to either electric or gas. I like the Masterbuilt 40 in electric. I've read reviews and most are good. I just need help on deciding to get it or stay with gas. I'm excited to learn new things on the forum. Thanks.

Would like to see a pic of your tank(s), I'm a freshwater guy, used to raise African Cichlids, but I love all tanks!

I used to do African cichlids as well. I had a nice 100 gallon but sold it. Wish I still had it though. Thanks for the response. I'll update my profile
