Hi my name is Eric Haglund.
I live in the great state of Michigan (U of M Fan-- Go Wolverines!). I just bought a Masterbuilt Smokehouse (Electric).
I am a deer hunter, so I used my smoker to make some venison jerky... didn't turn out so great. Way salty and too dry-- definitely need some help. I would like to also learn how to smoke a pork butt and some pork ribs.
Looking forward to learning a lot from this site and from all of you. Hope to develop some friendships along the way.
