I would recomend smoking the butts for your pulled pork ahead of time. Hire a caterer to serve every thing so you can enjoy the day...Congrats and remember, the first hundred years are the toughest.........

I cooked for 125 people for a friends wedding a few years back.  The reception was in a nice barn that had only been used for church & group functions for the last decade so it was clean.  I made teriyaki kabobs.  Just to keep it simple we did a buffet.  I made beef, chicken & shrimp kabobs.  I just made a bunch of each then made a bunch with all three.  That way I didn't have to deal with specific requests.  I had 2 gas grills to cook with & a couple burners.  I made rice pilaf ahead of time which I baked instead of stove top.  I kept the pans of rice warm in a couple zero degree sleeping bags lol!  I sauteed a few different green veggies on the burners & made some hollandaise & another butter sauce for that.  The kabobs were big on the long skewers & had a veggies on them too.  I made 250 kabobs & every last one of them was finished off.  I made different cheese cakes & apple pie for desert which I made ahead of time too.  200 servings of that were polished off.

I have some good experience cooking in unusual situations so if there is anything I can help you figure out lemme know.  I just don't know how you are gonna get hitched & cook at the same time :)
