Hello all :)

I am a total newbie to smoking!!..I consider myself a good griller, but never tried smoking ..I want to start smoking this summer and want to start preparing early!!

Im here to learn about everything, from a good starter smoker to temps for a good brisket!!

I looking forward to learning alot and meeting some new people!!

Hi Ed, I am also kinda new to smoking and from Northern Baltimore County. I will be receiving my new Yoder 640 pellet smoker tomorrow The one thing that has kept me from buying a smoker is that I don't have time to tend the fire. When I saw yoder had a pellet smoker I fell in love with it. Ended up getting the competition cart so I can easily move it around. I will let you know how it works out. Stbatton
