Hi, I'm Jeff from Norman, Oklahoma. I just bought a Masterbuilt electric smoker. I have a little experience with a smoker as well as using a Dutch oven. I do almost all the cooking when I take the family camping so i'm no stranger to cooking. I also belong to an organization at church that does 1840's trapper era camping where we cook some "off the wall" and sometimes "out of the ground" stuff. I've been lurking here for a while, reading recipe's and such and decided I needed to join the forum to get more out of my experience here. I'm looking forward to using my new smoker and trying some of the awsome recipe's that I've read. My biggest quandry right now is deciding what I want to smoke first.
