I made a #10 batch of this using 80/20 beef last month, and man it sure is good!! I know th_nopicsye3.gifbut I sometimes just don't remember pics while i'm deep into my addiction. This will be my go to summer sausage recipe. Next time i will add some red pepper flakes or maybe some cyan for a little heat. Don't have prep or smoking  pics but here is one of whats left from that batch.

Hello ... just wanting to know if the culrued butter milk is put in as a powder form or if its a liquid , im guessing that the non fat milk is skim milk and is added as a powder ..

I made a second 10 pound batch with cheddar and jalapeno and it was even better....
