Howdy, howdy
My name is Daryl. I live in Burleson Tx. I just received the Cajun Injector from my wife for Christmas. So far I have smoked 2 shoulders and some spare ribs. The shoulders came out fine however not so much for the ribs. I am in the learning phase right now and hope to expand my knowledge in smoking food. I have read a few post so far and have to say I am loving this website thus far. Any advice is greatly appreciated. By the way I did not wrap any of the meat I used the water tray.
