Hey All!! Newbie here!  I tried this 2 weeks ago and WOW!! It was AWESOME!! I used a whole 6# chicken, brined it for a day..some micro-brew..Dark beer..225 degrees..I used a rub that I concocted up, and still use every time I smoke!!. spritzed with apple juice w/ 2oz. of Crown Royal..I used hickory for the smoke BTW. And it was just a real treat! Thanks for listening!
