Hello everyone. I've been reading on the forums for a few weeks now ( A little birdie told me i might be getting a smoker for Christmas). Just seasoned the Landmann 3405BGW, and i am excited like a kid in a candy store. Tons of grilling experience but a newb on the smokers. Lots of knowledge to gain and meats to smoke. I've already ready the 5 day course and my smoking adventures start tomorrow. Any suggestions on the best meat to break the ice? Hope everyone is having a happy holidays!
