Hi, everyone! We were given a Bradley smoker (basic model) for Christmas, and are just entering the mysterious world of smoking meat. My dad used to smoke fish and turkey in a box he built on the chimney of our stone BBQ, so I know I love the product - just have to learn about the process! Starting with salmon - got lots of that here!!
