Hello everybody, my wife just got me a new MES 40" for Christmas, I have always used in offset wood smoker and I am always smoking Ribs and Briskets pretty much every weekend. I have been eyeballing the Masterbuilt Electric Smokers for quite a while but never bought one, just to attached to my old wood smoker. I have been reading a lot of threads on here on how to use it and I do believe I will enjoy it once I learn it!
